How to register

Register now to ABK-Egypt Mobile Wallet through:

  • Clicking “Apply Now” at the bottom of this page and filling in the required data
  • Sending an SMS (All you have to do for SMS Registration):
    • Send SMS with your National ID to 1493
      • For ABK-Egypt customers: Send SMS with your national ID preceded by # from your registered mobile number at the bank to 1493
      • For Non ABK-Egypt customers: Send SMS with your national ID preceded by # from your mobile number (registered to your national ID number at the telecommunication company) to 1493
    • Wait for an SMS from ABK-Egypt with the download URL and activation code
    • Download the App through Apple store or Google Play store
    • Enter activation code and set your own Mobile Pin (M-PIN)
    • Contact 19322 to link your debit/credit card to your wallet

How to cancel ABK- Egypt Mobile Wallet?

  • Visit the nearest branch and sign Mobile Wallet cancellation form
  • ABK Mobile Wallet will be closed in few minutes

Terms and conditions:

  • The national ID must be valid
  • Customer do not need to have an ABK-Egypt bank account to have an ABK Wallet
  • If the customer receives a rejection SMS, it is due to one of the below reasons:
    • Another mobile wallet is registered to your mobile number
    • The mobile number is not registered to your National ID at the telecommunication company's side
    • Three mobile wallets are registered to your National ID
  • For non ABK-Egypt Customers, after successful registration, customer should visit any of ABK-Egypt branches within 90 days to complete registration process. Otherwise, his/her ABK Mobile Wallet will be closed. This step is not required by existing ABK-Egypt customers
