How to register to ABK-Egypt Online Banking:

  1. Prerequisite for your registration as an Individual customer is to have an account and Debit or Credit Card with the Bank, and to have signed the Terms and Conditions for Online Banking in one of our Branches
  2. Visit www.abkegypt.com and on the Home page select Individuals Login
  3. On the Online Banking login page select Register here
  4. Review the Online Banking Terms & Conditions and click on Agree
  5. Enter the Debit/Credit Card Number, Card PIN & the verification characters & click on Register
  6. You will receive a One-Time-Password by SMS on your Bank-registered mobile
  7. Please enter it in the OTP field and then click on Continue
  8. Select an image and set a Site Key Phrase & click on Accept
  9. Choose 3 Security Questions and set their answers & click on Accept
  10. Follow the guidelines and create your User ID & Password, then click on Accept
  11. Now you are successfully registered! Click on Login to begin your Online Banking service with ABK-Egypt.

How to register to ABK-Egypt Mobile Banking:

  1. Download & install the app on your mobile device from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. Open the app & select Register
  3. Review & accept the Terms & Conditions and click on Agree
  4. Enter the Debit/Credit Card Number & Card PIN & click on Continue
  5. You will receive a One-Time-Password by SMS on your Bank-registered mobile
  6. Please enter it in the OTP field and then click on Continue
  7. Choose 3 Security Questions and set their answers & click on Continue
  8. Follow the guidelines and create your User ID & Password, then click on Submit
  9. Now you are successfully registered! Click on Login to begin your Mobile Banking service with ABK-Egypt

  1. The national ID must be valid
  2. If the customer receives a rejection SMS, it is due to one of the below reasons:
    1. Another mobile wallet is registered to your mobile number
    2. The mobile number is not registered to your National ID at the telecommunication company's side
    3. Three mobile wallets are registered to your National ID
