According to our Bank’s Tariff, a rejection fee of EGP 100 for domestic cash withdrawals transactions and all transactions related to 123 network and equivalent of USD 30 for all transactions related to Mastercard network must be deducted from the cardholder account for each disputed transaction in case it was rejected.

Client should raise his dispute to any transaction, within the following time frame : 120 days from transaction date, for Debit/Credit cards and any dispute raised after the above mentioned, time frames, will not be accepted.
