• Cashback will be credited to your Credit Card balance before the end of January 2025.

To enjoy the Cashback, offer, you need to meet the required minimum total spend based on your card type and complete at least 60 purchase transactions during the campaign period.

• Eligible cards must not be past due at the time of cashback credit.
• Purchases made using a supplementary card will be credited to the primary card.
• If the cardholder does not receive the cashback, they may contact the bank’s customer service on 19322 to submit a request. The request will be reviewed, and if the customer is eligible, the cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s account. Please note that the last day for submitting cashback requests is February 05th, 2025.
• ABK-Egypt reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the information available at the time of cashback credit.
• The bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer at any time during the campaign period, while notifying the customers through any available Channel.
